Toyota of New Orleans celebrated it's 10 year anniversary in December 2005. It was bittersweet as we celebrated 10 years of successful business, hard work and the promises of the future while in the midst of clearing debris and removing any and all remains of the destroyed facility Hurricane Katrina left behind. We have always aimed to provide the highest quality products and service to our customers and as the only Toyota dealership in the city of New Orleans, we make customer satisfaction and retention a #1 priority. Our commitment had not changed so we had a lot of work to do.
Toyota of New Orleans' goal has always been to grow with the city of New Orleans by offering quality service to our customers. This remains our goal, even now, after the devastation brought to our city. Like so many other businesses, our facility and inventory were completely destroyed from the hurricane. While it was extremely discouraging to see what we had worked so hard to build no longer existed, our dealer, management and employees were dedicated to rebuilding not only the dealership, but business as well. We were fortunate to have employees return to work and perform every duty from demolition to sales and service. Our team came together quickly.
Our new facility is absolutely beautiful. We have rebuilt bigger and better under the new Toyota image with the most customer friendly areas and amenities catering to both consumers and employees along with an available inventory that is second to none. We want to show our appreciation for everyone's faith and hard work. We are grateful for our loyal customers who have returned to bring their automotive needs to us. We cherish each and every customer as they are the key in helping us rebuild Toyota of New Orleans one relationship at a time.
